Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, sales, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

• USPS 2–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to USPS delays, weather, or holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Clinical Cuties is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.
